America’s military personnel and first responders bravely face some of the harshest realities our world has to offer. For many, trauma is a constant reality. Despite this, they receive minimal mental health support. White Heart's eco-therapy retreats provide a vital opportunity for their healing to begin.
The White Heart Experience
Nobody understands what our heroes have experienced in the course of their service like those who have experienced it too. White Heart’s eco-therapy retreats (known as The Guardian Project) provide a unique experience for processing and working together so that healing can begin. Bonds are formed over team-building exercises and activities concluding with therapeutic fireside sessions throughout the week-long excursion.
